TIRAIN Technologies Inspection and Testing Center is a CMA & CAL quality inspection institution approved by Shaanxi Administration for Market Regulation for surveying and mapping products. The Center has advanced quality inspection instruments and equipment for surveying and mapping geographic information products, and its business scope covers the inspection and detection services of surveying and mapping geographic information products such as aerial photography, photogrammetry and remote sensing, engineering surveying, real estate survey, map compilation, digital surveying and mapping results and databases.

Statement of Impartiality

To ensure that inspection work is scientific, impartial and effective; to independently and objectively evaluate the quality of surveying and mapping results using true and reliable inspection data; and to prevent any improper interference, the Company makes the following statement:

1. We strictly comply with national laws and regulations, uphold scientific and impartial principles, follow applicable standards in inspection work, and issue objective, impartial and accurate inspection reports.

2. In accordance with the requirements for laboratory qualification accreditation, the Company has established an effective management system. All quality activities follow the procedures and methods specified in the Management Manual and other system documents, with full-process and all-element control to ensure accurate and reliable inspection results.

3. The Company and its personnel observe three prohibitions: they have no interest relationship with the inspection activities, data or results issued; they do not participate in commercial or technical activities that could adversely affect inspection judgments or data, ensuring the independence and integrity of the work, data and results; and they do not take part in activities related to the design, development, production, supply, installation, use, maintenance or repair of inspected projects.

4. We carry out inspection work independently and accept inspection assignments entrusted by clients. Measures are in place to ensure that Company personnel are free from any improper internal or external commercial, financial or other pressure and influence, so that independent and honest judgment is maintained at all times.

5. We strictly observe confidentiality principles. Inspection samples and related technical information identified as confidential by clients or inspected parties are kept confidential and, without client authorization, are not disclosed, disseminated or used for the Company’s technical development or consulting. This protects clients’ patents and ownership rights.
